At Oral Health Partnership we treat kids that are on Medicaid or uninsured and have free and reduced lunch, We visit schools all year long and help kids get and keep bright, healthy smiles while using less time out of class than a clinic visit, and no need for a parent or guardian to take time off work!
Interested? Is your child*:
- On BadgerCare/Medicaid or Medical Assistance
- Uninsured and qualify for free and reduced lunch at school
- Ages Birth to 19 years
- Attending public school in Brown County
*If your child doesn’t attend a school we visit, they still might be eligible to visit one of our clinics for care.
