COVID-19 policies

August 15, 2021

We want everyone to stay safe and healthy, that’s why we are following the American Dental Association and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines for COVID-19.

Can I bring my other children to the appointment?

No. Due to the safety of our patients and staff, one parent/guardian can bring the child to the appointment.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Yes. If you do not arrive with a mask, one will be provided to wear while inside the clinic. Patients will use hand sanitizer before being seen.

How do I know the office is safe and fully disinfected?

Strict infection control guidelines are always followed by OHP. Standards of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Wisconsin Dental Association (WDA), American Dental Association (ADA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA) guide our clinic operation.

Is it safe to sit in the waiting room?

We provide a clean and sanitized wait area. All surfaces, furniture, door handles, bathrooms, reception, and common touch areas are sanitized throughout the day.

What if my child has a toothache?

Toothaches are a priority. Call 920-965-0831 early mornings to allow our staff to find an appointment time. If you are unable to reach us, please contact urgent care.

Will there be a penalty if I am unable to keep my appointment?

We require 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments due to illness will not count against the patient. If a child misses 3 appointments in 12-months, the child is dismissed from the program for 1 year. See our FAQs for our full broken appointment policy,
